  1. Booking space

  ③. Container dumping: It is easy to dump containers when the space is tight. If the ship is LATE COME, or the space is not tight, the application can generally be made. If the ship arrives early or the cabin has been broken, the application cannot be made again. If it is exported from Yantian, you can check whether it is returned and released from the EASY PORT website.
  3.、SI
  ① . SI generally only receives electronic copies, and faxes are prone to errors.

These formats cannot be copied generally, and it is not easy to modify their contents, such as SHIPPER, customer contact information, etc. You can do the following:,

  ③. USL SI needs a short name, that is, a specific product name, such as COOKWARE, WOODEN FURNITURE, which is not allowed. It needs a specific product name to be declared to AMS, otherwise it cannot be declared and cannot be boarded. Generally, the SI will be cut off three days before the US line starts sailing, and seven days after the European line starts sailing. If the first journey is a barge, the materials will be cut off before the FEEDER starts sailing. If the customer is late in providing supplementary materials, the customer must be notified by email that the overdue payment will result in a demurrage charge.   ⑤ Change order fee: after the ship company's EOV, the change order fee of the US line is generally charged at USD40+RMB150, of which USD40 is the AMS declaration fee, RMB150 is the change order fee, and the change order fee of other routes is charged at RMB150/SHPT. If customers frequently change orders or change orders after shipping, even if the shipping company does not have EDI, it can try to charge customers for changing orders to bring more profits to the company, but it should pay attention to the methods, not to offend customers, but to lose more. After the EOV of the shipping company, the name of SHIPPER, CONSIGNEE and the product name cannot be changed.   4. Billing
  After the bill of lading is confirmed, write the JOB SHEET, issue a DEBIT NOTE to the customer for confirmation, and then issue an invoice for the customer to pay.
  5. Order taking or telex release
  ①. After sailing, the exact sailing time and whether the cabinet is on board can be determined only when LOADING LIST gets down.
  ②. Release: In principle, release can be arranged only after receiving BANK SLIP and checking the account. However, for some customers who have cooperated for a long time and still have cabinets that have been built in the back, release can be considered as appropriate. If necessary, customers can provide release guarantee. You can directly ask the shipping company to send the bill to the customer after the bill is paid. You don't need COSCO to send the bill to me first and then forward it to the customer, which can save the express fee.
  ③ . SURRENDER needs the customer to provide the telex release guarantee, seal it, and our company will provide the telex release guarantee to the shipping company.
  ④. The original bill of lading issued by China Shipping needs to be stamped by SHIPPER.
  6. Problems after release
  ①. If the original is to be released by telex after being sent out, the original bill of lading shall be sent back to the shipowner in full set. Only when the shipowner confirms that the original bill of lading has been fully recovered, can the method of delivery be changed. In addition, a change order fee of RMB 150 and a telex release fee of RMB 150 shall be charged.
  ②. If the loss is caused by force majeure rather than human factors, the customer shall bear the loss. For example, if the ship is exported to Flowserve and Flowserve is on strike, the shipping company will ship the goods to LIVORNO, and the task will be terminated. The freight from LIVORNO to FOS will be borne by the customer.
  ③ After sailing, if the T/T is extended and ETA is delayed due to special reasons, it is necessary to explain to the customer in a timely manner. If the shipping date to New York is about 23 days, and due to the change of the route, one port will be added, and the shipping date will be DELAY for 4 days. If the communication is not well done, the customer will not dare to ship again.
